Lidke contracted with Morgan (D) to install fixtures in D's store. Lidke purchased fixtures from Revell (P) to complete his contract with D. The work by Lidke was not done satisfactorily. D and Lidke entered into another agreement in which D promised to pay P for the materials. Lidke did not complete the work and D did not pay P. P sued D. P's claim against D was denied. P appealed.
