Facts
Colasso (D) threw a rock and hit Alteiri (P), a minor. P suffered severe, painful, and permanent injuries when the rock hit P in the eye. The issue at trial was whether D's act was negligent or intentional. The jury found the act intentional even though D threw the stone with the intent to scare another person. D appealed.
