D maintains a livestock yard. P alleges that since the first day of August 1918, P has continually been employed in and about the yards of D and in and about buying, selling and dealing in livestock therein. P was employed by the Drover Livestock Commission Company and received a salary of $200 per month. D alleges that in 1923, D unlawfully and willfully excluded P from its said stockyards and barred and prevented him from carrying on his occupation and forbade anyone else to employ him for work in D's yard. P was unable to make a living in his occupation with his current employer, and the exclusion precluded his employment by other firms. P sued D for wrongful interference with the contractual relations. D demurred, and it was sustained. P appealed.
