Facts

D admitted liability, and the only issue for the jury was the amount of damages to be awarded P. Ds objected to the jury charge, in that the court charged on both lost enjoyment of life and pain and suffering. Ds contend that this would amount to a double recovery. The Court of Appeals affirmed.
