Facts

The heirs of an estate sued the bank for damages because the bank allowed the estate’s co-executors to withdraw monies from the estate without obtaining the required dual signatures. The trial court found that the bank breached its common law duty to act with reasonable care. The trial court also awarded Ps prejudgment interest from the date of the withdrawals. D appealed.
