Facts
P and D were competing vendors of water service in an unincorporated area between Arcadia and Pasadena. D under claim of right and with the admitted permission of the servient owners installed water mains and service connections in certain five foot easements theretofore granted to P and partly occupied by his water mains and service connections. The trial court found for D and P appealed.
