Facts
P found 10 pine logs adrift in the Delaware Bay, and secured them by a stake at the mouth of Mispillion creek. Ds took possession claiming that they were adrift and floating up the Mispillion creek. P sued D for trover to recover the value of the logs. A jury trial took place.
