Facts
Elder (D) advertised a $175 electric sewing machine for $26 in the Dayton Shopping Newspaper. The price in the ad was for a Thursday special only. That Thursday, Craft (P) tendered 26 dollars and D refused to accept the money. P sued for breach of contract. From a judgment of dismissal, P appealed.
