Facts
Bosze (P) had twin daughters by Curran (D). P also had three other children by a different women, one of which was diagnosed with undifferentiated leukemia. D had custody of the twins and P hoped that D would consent to blood tests to see if there was a match and consent to a bone marrow transplant. P filed an emergency petition. The court refused to grant the petition. An appeal resulted. The matter was remanded with orders to make the twins parties, a guardian ad litem appointed, and that P's son needing the transplant be made a plaintiff with a guardian appointed as well. The court denied the petition for relief once more. This appeal ensued.
