Facts
Davis (P) sued Vidal (D) to recover $1200 alleged due to P by D for the use of certain premises of which D was in possession as the assignee of the Dallas Brewery. The instrument in question was construed by the lower court to be a sublet of the premises by Dallas to D. The court rendered judgment for D and P appealed.
