Facts
Billy (H) appealed a final judgment of divorce and disputed everything that the trial judge did. H and Linda (W) were married in 1967, had two children, one 23 and the other, Bubba, 14. W filed for divorce on grounds of adultery. H counter-filed for cruelty. W was awarded certain assets and custody and child support payments and one-half interest in H's pension plan, and to pay $400 per month of alimony and lump sum alimony of $30,000 with $10,000 paid annually.
