Facts
P alleged that D received and sold goods with knowledge that the goods had been taken by force from P's possession. D has refused a demand to account for the sums received. P brought an action in equity to compel the D to disclose the amounts that D received from the sale of the goods, to recover the proceeds of the sale, and to obtain general equitable relief. The court refused and dismissed the complaint. P appealed and the appeals court affirmed. This appeal resulted.
