Facts
Fursmidt (P) and his father had been supplying valet and laundry services at the Hotel (D) for a great many years. On 2/1/58, P entered into a three-year agreement with D to supply those services to D upon the sole satisfaction of D. The contract price was for $325 per month. On September 1958, D canceled the contract and D hired a third person to do the work for $250 per month. P sued D. D claimed that it was not satisfied with the services. The trial court ruled that D's dissatisfaction must be reasonable and gave a jury instruction to that effect. D appealed.
