Religious Technology Center (RTC) (P) alleged that the Mayos and the Church of New Civilization (D) violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) by engaging in mail fraud, and wire fraud in operating purportedly nonprofit organizations.
