Facts
Greiger (P) and Carter were married with two children. They rented a house that was owned and managed by Sheets (D). D told P that the house needed repairs and that he would perform the repairs after they signed the lease. Two weeks into the lease, D demanded sexual favors from P and that his demands were a condition to her remaining on the premises and his performance of repairs. P refused and since had been harassed and intimidated with threats to shot Carter, not doing repairs on the house, damaging property, advising P that the lease would not be renewed and forcing P to get rid of her dog.
