The decision to cancel the procession was reached that morning at 10 a.m. on the 24th. The parties entered into the contract to rent the room at 11:00 a.m. that same day. The procession was to take place at 11:00 a.m. Neither contracting party was aware of the fact that the procession would not be taking place. P sued D for a refund.
