Facts
D was operating a boxing exhibition at a carnival without a license. P entered this exhibition, hoping to win the prize of five dollars. P suffered injuries as a result of being struck by his opponent. P sued for damages, claiming that D did not have the proper licenses to be running a boxing match. P's case was dismissed because of his failure to amend his complaint. P appealed
