Facts
D was called as a witness in the trial of Williams. Williams was being tried for theft of an IBM typewriter. D, an attorney, was contacted by someone to assist in returning that very typewriter and did so return it. D refused to answer the question of who he returned the typewriter for on grounds of attorney client privilege. D was held in contempt. D filed this petition for a writ of prohibition.
