Facts
Richard Durant (D), attorney at law, refused to give the identity of his client to the grand jury. This resulted from the desire of the FBI to uncover a number of stolen checks from IBM. One of which was paid to D's law firm for services rendered ($15,000). D was convicted of contempt and appealed.
