Facts

J.F. (P) obtained a judgment against Richard T. Leekley, Inc (D) for $24,652. After the trial, but before entry of judgment Leekley and his wife, the sole stockholders of D, formed a new corporation called Leekley, Inc. The first corporation transferred assets of two trucks and miscellaneous equipment to the second corporation for the sum of $1,788.58. P sought to include the second corporation as a judgment debtor.
