He had 3 glasses of wine at two separate establishments and then met a woman who turned out to be a prostitute. She locked P in her room which was enforced by physically imposing men who just happened to appear. P decided to jump from the window that was about six to eight feet above the ground. P suffered injuries. P was hospitalized in Yugoslavia and the United States. During this period D paid P's wages and hospital bills. P sued D for maintenance for the thirty-six days. D claims it owes P nothing as the injury occurred from immorality.
