Facts

Twelve-year-old Michael collided with Lalomia's automobile while operating a motorized bicycle. The motorized bicycle was a bicycle which various parts, such as the pedals, had been removed and a 3.5 horsepower lawnmower gasoline engine was added. Michael and Lalomia died. This is an action for declaratory judgment to determine which if any insurance policies provide coverage.
