487 N.E.2d 1071 (1985)
Facts

P entered the elevator on the first floor and rode it to the 16th floor. As she attempted to exit, the elevator stalled and the doors remained closed. P was imprisoned for 40 minutes. P claims that during that time she was in danger of 'suffocation and serious physical harm.' P claims she suffered an unstable angina and aggravation of her coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease and hypertension. P sued Ds for negligent infliction of emotional distress.
