In 1964 a divorce decree awarded custody of four children to W with H to pay $260.00 per month in child support. One of the children, Pamela, lived with her father from 1968-1969 and returned to live with her mother but became married in 1970 and divorced while expecting a child. W appealed the decision of the trial court that denied future support to Pamela when she returned home to W.
