Facts
On September 19, 1882, Kershaw (D) sent P a letter that offered to sell P salt at $.85 per barrel. P got the letter on the 20th and wired D a reply that told P to ship him 2,000 barrels. That wire was received in the 20th. The following day P notified D of its withdrawal of the September 19th letter. P sued D for $800. D demurred and was overruled and D appealed.
