Facts
The Board filed a complaint against Bethlehem (P) asserting that it was engaging in unfair labor practices at a plant in Massachusetts and that the plant was engaged in interstate commerce. P was notified of the time and date of the hearing. On the day of the hearing, P filed a bill of equity to enjoin the board proceedings. A TRO was granted and later a permanent injunction which were affirmed by the Court of Appeals.
