D advertised a performance of American Bullfighting. P instituted an action to enjoin the performance alleging that such a performance would violate animal cruelty laws. P moved for injunctive relief. The court entered a decree nisi, permanently enjoining further performance. The court en banc approved the chancellor's findings and made the decree final. D appealed.
