Facts
P was arrears in rent. D helped bail P out of trouble and went into business together with P working for D. D got tired of P and dismissed him. P came to the premises and D's workers gathered around him and threatened to break his neck if he did not leave. P left and sued D for assault. The jury found for P and gave him one farthing.
