Facts
Hall (D) took fat from his employer, placed it on company scales, and then told his employer that the fat was from a butcher and that payment was to be given to Wilson. The employer had become suspicious of D and had actually marked the fact in his warehouse. D and Wilson ran away when confronted with verification to the butcher. D was convicted of larceny. D appealed.
