Facts
Sullens (D) was given a bank note by his employer and told to change it for silver. D took the change, converted it to his own use, and left town. D was indicted for the larceny of both the banknote and the change. D was acquitted on the charges for the banknote but was convicted for the larceny of the change. D appealed.
