Facts
Roysdon (P) was suffering from smoking-related illnesses as a proximate result of his having smoked cigarettes for many years. P sued Reynolds (D) contending that cigarettes were unreasonably dangerous. The trial court eventually dismissed the entire action because there were adequate warnings and the product was not unreasonably dangerous. P appealed.
