Facts

Samuels (P) leased property to D. The term was for 10 years at a rate of $150 per month for the first five years and $170 for the last five. D sold the lease to Altschular, and the rent was paid and accepted by P from Altschular. Altschular did not pay any more rent and P sued D for the rents due. Judgment was rendered for D and P appealed.
