Satterfield (P) was employed by Missouri (D) as an executive secretary from 1944 until 10-11-79 when she was discharged. P sued D for breach of contract under an oral agreement that P was to have continued in her position until April 1981. D moved to dismiss under the statute of frauds. The trial court dismissed, and P appealed.
