Solomon v. Findley,
808 P.2d 294 (1991)
Facts
Solomon (W) and Findley (H) filed a joint petition for dissolution of their marriage. H agreed under the resolution to provide for educational funds to the best of his ability for his minor children through college or until the child reaches the age of 25. That decree was entered by default. W first sought to enforce the decree by filing an order to show cause for the failure to provide funds for the education of their daughter. The divorce court denied the relief as she was beyond the age of maturity. W appealed.
