Facts
Guest (D) had sex with a girl who was fifteen years old and was charged with statutory rape. D reasonably believed that the girl was over sixteen. The court instructed the jury that if D reasonably and in good faith believed that the girl was over sixteen, then D had a valid defense to the charge. The State (P) brought a petition to review this instruction.
