Facts

An auto collision occurred, and one of the venue facts at issue was whether or not there was evidence that the driver of the truck was an agent or employee of Strickland. Ingram testified during the hearing that the truck was owned by Strickland. No objection to this testimony was made. Strickland lost the venue hearing and appealed.
