Facts
This action arises out of a collision between two cars driven by Stroud (P) and D and a secondary collision with another car driven by Tinsley (D1), defendant and cross-defendant. D was cited by an officer of the Nevada State Highway Patrol for failing to use due care in violation of 484.363. D was found guilty and fined $35.
