Defendant was convicted in the district court for conspiracy to rob a postal truck and of aiding and abetting the robbery of a postal truck. D appealed in part based on the exclusion of a sworn statement containing fabrications by government witness Quiles and of other documents giving false descriptions of 'robbers' provided by Quiles.
