Facts
Balint (D) was indicted for a violation of the Narcotic Act. D sold a derivative of opium and coca leaves. D demurred to the facts, claiming that he was charged with knowing that the drugs were illegal, when in fact he did not. D's demurrer was sustained. The Government (P) appealed.
