Facts
Sazenski (D), Izquierdo (D2) and others were prosecuted for drug offenses. They were alleged to have shipped marijuana from Miami to Minnesota. D maintained a residence at 600 Wilshire in Minnetonka and D2 used the alias of Carlos Almaden. The district court admitted into evidence an envelope addressed to D and Carlos Almaden to show that Carlos lived with D. D contends that the letter is hearsay.
