William Perkins and P had agreed to live together. William had agreed to find her meat, drink, washing, and lodging, and to leave her an annuity of 601. a year, if he quitted her, or she outlived him. If there were children William was to take care of them and provide for them. If P were to leave him, or go to another man, then William would not be obliged to provide for her any longer or to leave her any annuity. There was no doubt that William and P agreed to live in a state of future debauchery and that William also agreed to pay her 601. a year. P also alleged in part that she was a virgin, and was seduced by William; and in consideration thereof, this bond was given to her by William. D demurred.
