Facts

Kay had five adult children. Her will was admitted to probate. Daughter Victoria, Crowe (D) was named as the sole beneficiary, while son Michael was named as executor. The other three children, Shawn, Angie, and Nick (Ps), were not mentioned in the will. Ps filed a complaint to contest the will. The trial court granted Ps' motion for summary judgment in that Kay's will was not executed pursuant to the formalities required in R.C. 2107.03. D appealed.
