Facts
Whitlock (P), as the administrator of the estate of her brother, Richard Gaisor, sued Jackson (Ds). P alleged that Ds arrested Gaisor and inflicted serious injuries upon him that caused his death. The jury found for P and awarded $29,700. P now argues that inconsistencies in the jury's answers to special interrogatories requires additur or in the alternative a new trial. D contends that P's failure to object to the inconsistencies constitutes waiver.
