Facts

Matthews (D) offered to buy property from Williamson (P). P's property was in default and under threat of foreclosure. D contends he offered $1,700 and P contends she wanted $17,000. On September 27 both parties executed an agreement for $1800 for the equity and to pay off the mortgage in default. The parties met on October 10 and consummated the sale. P then filed a petition on October 12 for injunctive relief alleging inadequate consideration and mental weakness. That was denied, and P appealed.
