Association of Data Processing Service Organizations (P) sought to challenge a ruling by the Comptroller of the Currency (D) that national banks as incident to their banking services, may make data processing services available to other banks and bank customers. The lower court found that Ps lacked standing. The Court of Appeals affirmed and the Supreme Court granted certiorari.
