Bailey v. Broder

1998 WL 13827 (S.D. NY. 1998)

Facts

Bailey sent Broder an agreement letter that detailed how the parties were to handle certain aviation referral cases and fees. The agreement stated that they were forming a partnership. Broder wanted reimbursement of expenses in the amount of $2,300,299.00 from the partnership fees and moved for summary judgment. The agreement stated the manner as to how the parties were to share profits while Bailey was not to share any of the costs, expenses, or losses. This was the court’s ruling on that matter.
