Facts
The will in question had a forfeiture and a gift over of the interest of any person contesting its provisions. Barry and others filed an unsuccessful caveat to the will on the grounds of mental incapacity, fraud, and undue influence. The court held that their interests were forfeited by this contest. This appeal resulted.
