Facts

The Johnsons (P), husband and wife, were injured in an auto accident. They recovered judgment for $10,000 combined. During trial evidence of D's insurance came before the court. A Dr. David Solomon was D's medical witness but also was a stockholder in the insurance company that D held his liability policy with. D objected to its admission, but the trial court overruled that objection.
