Facts

W secured a declaratory judgment which states that she is the lawful wife of H and that Ds are not and never have been husband and wife and that an alleged divorce procured by H from W in Mexico is null and void and that the alleged marriage of Ds is null and void. The trial court enjoined Ds from representing or holding out that they are husband and wife, and from representing and holding out that H was divorced from W. The court order also enjoins Ray Starr Einstein from assuming the name Baumann and restrains Ds from going through with any marriage ceremony or attempting such ceremony while W was still alive. Ds appealed.
