The Knight Institute at Columbia University (P) sued the president for blocking several individuals arguing that the medium constituted a First Amendment public forum and that Trump had interfered with the First Amendment right of petition. Both a U.S. District Court and the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed. This appeal resulted.
